I had a great experience as a first time shopper at your store yesterday. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I tried on "good" shoes for the first time in a long time. He gave me lots of options, found exactly the right fit for me, and I left with 2 pairs of shoes that are perfect for me. He also very patiently fit my 3 year old granddaughter with shoes so I bought a pair of shoes for her as well! I am a happy customer and plan to be a repeat customer soon. I recently purchased running shoes from here.Being a new runner I didn't know what I was looking for. But Josh helped me figure out the right shoe for me and was pleasant to work with! I ran 4 miles today for the first time and my feet never felt better! Thank you!
They have the nicest group of people there. You don't feel intimidated if your not a runner. Josh took his time and fitted me with a great Brooks Adrenaline shoe. Linda was the first one I met at the store & she is always so helpful & friendly. They also do awesome programs & runs for all types of runners/walkers. Give them a try for your next pair of shoes!

Decided to stop in today just to have a look. Emily was amazing. She took the time to fit me to the shoe I needed. I haven't taken my Brooks Adrenaline gts17's off yet. They are so comfortable. I will definitely be going back in the future.

Had great customer service today. Did have to wait a bit for help because they were so busy but it was worth it. Tried on several pairs of shoes then salesman watched me jog in them which has never happened before! This is my 5th pair of shoes from this store and I highly recommend them!
