best people. best quality selection. incredibly knowledgeable. if you want to go somewhere where they live and understand walking and running and truly care about their customers. this is the place. i wouldnt go anywhere else!!!!
RecommendedFriendly and knowledgeable staff. The lady with the cast on her left foot (sorry, I forgot your name) helped me immensely. Narrowed down my trail shoe selection and I couldn’t be happier with my Hokas. I highly recommend stopping in. They even have group runs. Wish I lived closer.
I was told that my expensive Hoka sneakers were worn and “had seen better days” after wearing them less than 20 times and only buying them 2 months ago. They were not used for heavy mileage or anything. The sneakers look brand new because they practically are. Upon a second opinion at another shoe store, I was told the shoes were in practically perfect condition and did not need to be replaced. Rude service and not helpful at all.
RecommendedI went in for a specific recovery shoe and Noah was helpful in trying to find it for me. He was patient with my picky needs and when the size and color was discover to be not available he offered many other great options. He explained benefits/similarities/differences in each to what I had been looking for. Helpful, polite, non-pushy employees has always been what I've found at ARC.
