Dr Zimmerman made us feel welcome and comfortable. Clearly very experienced.
One of the worst desk woman I have ever talked to. I had to spell my last name out 5 different times for her then she made me give her my ID. They called me at 12:30 pm today saying my appointment was today and wanted to confirm I could still make it. Then when I showed up for said appointment they told me my name wasn’t in the system and my appointments for tomorrow. Karen Criminger is the best thing to happen to me since I moved to the mountains! She listens and cares and shares in my concerns without dismissing them. I won the new doctor lottery when I called Karen!
I've seen both Mandy Shumate and Laura Zimmerman recently for a RSV infection turned to bronchitis turned to a sinus infection. They were both wonderful, very thorough and willing to take all the time I needed to ensure I got the care that I needed. All of the staff there are amazing, and I'm so glad they're available in Boone!
