I’ve been to a few behavioral hospitals and this one helped me the most. The whole staff including the doctors were very nice and treated everyone with dignity. This meant a lot at a vulnerable and scary time in my life. I didn’t come out of this place more traumatized. I came out feeling better and more peaceful and knowing I needed to be there when I was. My partner was taken there by a ambulance. He was suppose to be released on July 11th,2026. They scheduled a ride for him to get home and the ride showed up twice but Noone was outside waiting for the ride. They refused to release my partner so he could be down there waiting for the ride so both rides got canceled because of it. They know my partner can't leave the ward cause it's a mental health facility so by right the staff is suppose to be waiting for his ride to show up then go get and release him but no they are to laz... read more

I was horribly mistreated by Stephanie L. Hill, MD while I was a patient here recently. I am physically disabled with chronic pain. She refused to accommodate me, and made me lie down on the floor in level 10 pain. We were told that she had been fired and was in her last week of her 60 day notice, yet she is still listed on their website as a provider. So either they lied to us, or they haven’t updated their website. If you have a choice, do not entrust this hospital with your care or the care of your loved ones.

I was just here and the the quality of care I received was amazing. I'm really grateful for the staff, nurses, and doctors, they were very helpful. If your dealing with the stresses of mental health, this is place to deal with it and receive care. Your needs and concern will be addressed and taken care of... thank you
