Great to work with, especially Marsha on the customer service line, she is very helpful.
Appalachian Race Tire made a bad situation good. They provided trackside tire support at Sebring last week. Due to an unfortunate mistake, my reserved tires never made it on the truck to Sebring. Big problem. John from Appalachian did the right thing as a business owner and had one of his guys drive tires 700 miles to Sebring to make it right. It’s how a business manages mistakes that defines them. Solid work.
