Yeah these guys suck
This is by far the worst power supply company I have ever had to interact with. I've dealt with 4 other power suppliers, and these people screw you over more than anyone else. It's a shame how they treat their customers. They include several additional fees for "delivering" the electricity to you, and end up making your electric fee double what it should actually be. This is the worst corrupt power company I’ve ever experienced in my adult life so let’s say you pay a security deposit for whatever reason this power company is making you pay a $400 extra deposit because you become “past 30 days” so their financial abuse is to make you pay more money to put you in a financial hardship.
