Outside security light has ben outsince April 13th .Got a email from Matthew M stating he dosent know when it will be fixed. Have called several times. I Just keep getting a run around from customer service. POOR SERVICE

You guys are really the absolute worse. You came out to my house, told me I had a meter problem and have to get it fixed. Its YOUR METER that's messing up and now it’s my problem. So now i have to get an electrician to replace the meter plus get it inspected. AEP IS THE WORSE COMPANY. Your equipment is faulty and you make it the customers issue to fix it. Oh and to top it off this is some “new” thing so no one really knows how it goes!!!
