Always a fun trip paddling through Dawson Forest. The canoe launch on both ends are very convenient and easy to navigate through. Very kid friendly paddle trip. Do you research beforehand there could be downed trees/dead falls in other obstacles. Fun waterfall to visit.
Nice parking spot to take out on this beautiful river. Even some shade for the wagon. $3 to pay to park is a good deal. Wish ATL airport parking was $3 a day
Absolutely love this river!! Perfect to swim, kayak, or tube!
