The doctor was unable to help me with my condition which was understandable if she couldn’t find the cause. However, when I called to schedule a follow up with her to get a second opinion on a diagnosis from another doctor one of the receptionists told me I was “doctor shopping “ and that I should just go get massages even though she is not a doctor and cannot clinically recommend something. She was very rude to me.
Contacted this office about issues with my shoulder to inquire about their processes and discovered they don’t recommend physical therapy for their patients. I’ve had other surgical procedures where a physical therapist played a critical role in my rehab and recovery after surgery. I can't imagine not having the help and expertise of a physical therapist after a shoulder surgery. It’s one of the more complicated joints along with the hip in the human body.
I'm a double bassist, an amateur, but it's my life. Dr Hall and her PA Maureen evaluated my left (fingerboard arm) shoulder prior to doing a total shoulder replacement May 17, 2016. I could not ask for a more careful or a more caring practice. Office staff, PA, and Dr Hall were kind, firm, and competent. It's taking me too long to write this review pertaining to Dr. Suzanne Hall. Dr. Hall repaired my right shoulder the beginning of this year. I could not believe how good I felt following the surgery. I thought I would be in a lot of pain but I was quite comfortable. She's an amazing surgeon. What she had to work with was not much
