I can't speak for their in person store but I've had a terrible online experience. Bought my first fe501 and Ordered some parts 16 days ago from them, two were on back order, I contacted support to take those off my order, support took 14 days to respond to me, still haven't solved my issue. Pretty bummed because their website is amazing but this service is awful, now I'm just trying to cancel my order as I've ordered and received all the parts from other websites

Just purchased a 2021 xcw for myself and an 18’ for my wife recently and needed to outfit them for the riding season and AOMC.MX had everything we needed, at great prices and when we had a dilemma on an order they reached out to us to help make sure we were able to get the parts ordered in time. I'm not sure where to start with this honestly. I will try to keep it simple, and to the point. everything was taken from this website - before placing any orders "https://aomc.mx/SHIPPING-AND-RETURN-POLICY.html" Buy at your own risk. 1. They charged me international shipping on an item shipped with in the USA because of a price match on a UK website. We have been slammed with calls and emails. The best way is to call us and get the things taken care of. Nick we understand your issue cause of our shipping department dropped the ball and didn’t send out your gear set because the gloves were thought to be part of the gear set, which it wasn’t part of the deal. You bought them separately. We apologize for that and we had the gear set and you decided to cancel which is completely fine and then we refunded the money back to you for that.
Great customer service, helped get my issue figured out.
