The Negative posts about phone calls are outdated. Their phone system is more updated and organized. I have been getting my care here for over a year and I have no complaints. Referrals to specialists have been scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. No problem with getting my appointments set up. In house labwork is professional /skilled and can be done whenever is convenient for patient. They are currently doing Telehealth appointments only with pandemic until restrictions are lifted. Hey there! I know we live in a world of chatgpt and unreliable narrators, but this one comes from the heart. I'm 31 years old. I haven't been to a doctor in 15 years. It came time to get proactive. I always have a pleasant experience in the office during my visits! Rebecca is knowledgeable, approachable, and warm, which makes every appointment comfortable and positive. However, the billing department has been a bit frustrating to deal with. I’ve called multiple times and was told to disregard a bill, only to receive the same bill again several times. I have not been quick about scheduling checkups after having to follow up with the billing department multiple times to resolve issues.
