If you have the option to use another medical equipment company, I recommend you do so. The female ( I refuse to call her a lady) that answers the phone, Casey is not only rude but very uncompassionate. My mom has to use this company for oxygen tanks as she is on oxygen 24/7. There portable oxygen tanks are suppose to last 2 hours, I took my mom to a doctor appointment today and thank God the doctors office had an oxygen tank as the one that Appalachian provided us didn't even last 45 minutes, and this is not the first time ... read more

Super impressed with Appalachian's customer service! Mike went above and beyond to help me find someone to repair my father's air mattress. He had nothing to gain financially, but he put me in contact with someone that could help and even called back to make sure we made contact. Often times when dealing with Medicare-bid companies, customer service is lacking. Not at Appalachian! I know where our future business will be!
