I was pregnant and threw my back out. Steph knew exactly what to do and was super accommodating to my being 7 months pregnant. She was gentle and firm at the same time. It was like a miracle. I could barely walk when I went in and I walked out fine. I'll be honest, I thought she was crazy massaging the tops of my thighs for a lower back issue, but she knew exactly what to do. She also taught me how to tape my lower back to help with pregnancy belly weight. She's the best!
