On April 23rd, I paid $1100 to have the tech locate the leak and add Freon to the mini splits at my home. The same problem is happening now, only 4 months later, and they charged me for a service call again and told me that it would be very expensive for them to find the new leak - repair it - and add Freon again. Seriously? How about you give me a quote to replace ALL the lines and fix it once and for all? There is no service or accountability with this company.
