stopped in this am and my clutch was slipping on my bike so went to service after standing there for 5-7 minutes with other employees looking right at me and ignoring me finally got some one to talk to asked to borrow a socket or wrench and a torx bit he came back with a torx and no socket told him my situation he said we can schedule something. I asked again for a socket or wrench he told me mechanics wont lend tools out.
This is the most hassle free dealership I have ever seen. Joe Schmidt is a fantastic sales man and sugar coats nothing! I will be returning again and again! Thanks again for my Road Glide!!
friendly staff and a large selection of bike's and clothing
I have a question.. Based on all the positive reviews for your dealership, my wife and I thought we would come from central Pennsylvania and purchase a bike. I checked directions on Google Maps. I also always like to look at the street view of a destination so it's a little easier to find when I get there. When I looked at the street view of your dealership it is beautiful and there were many cars and trucks there, but NO motorcycles. My question: Does nobody there ride? Don't waste your time here. Service is terrible, they take no responsibility for their mistakes and treat people poorly.
The staff at Appalachian HD is absolutely amazing. Ive been working with Tony for some time and he has been nothing but awesome! Everytime I stop in they are all so open to speak with you without having the pressure of spending money. I look forward to giving them my buisness in the near future and for many years after!!!
Customer service is second to none! Everyone is so helpful and not “pushy” like some dealerships!
