Customer Service in parts leaves more than a little to be desired. If you are this rude to people, don't expect them to return. Expect that they will tell others how offensive your attitude is, when it would have taken a few minutes to find out the answer to a question, instead of selling someone something they didn't need or too much of it... money is tight now days, people are apt to spend more when you answer questions and are helpful. I for one, will spend mine elsewhere.
