El servicio con los doctores es excelente , pero la que atiende en el front desk hace un pésimo servicio con algunas enfermeras , que lastima que es buena clínica el personal no bueno excepto no todos.
Had a 10:30;1ppointment,but by mistake came at 10( my error)didnt get taken until 11:15 and was left sitting in an empty room until I asked someone to check. Dr Reihm came in,looked at my foot (follow up) and put cream and bandage on it! All that time for that wiait.Seems every time I come,I wait at least 1/2 hr,not including the time they suggest coming 15 minutes prior.Had another appt in Hendersonville,and if taken when Inshould have been,would have made that appt.ALSO..your office doesn’t have a “public Restroom” and if ... read more
My husband is a type 2 diabetic, he was having pain on the bottom of his foot to the point it was hard to walk. I scheduled to see Dr. Rehm, he knew what was wrong by just evaluating his foot. He went to work on my husband and the results are amazing. He was very cordial and personal. The staff was great and even laughed at my husbands corny jokes, making us all feel more at ease. Dr. Rehm will be our go to podiatrist from now on.
Staff are so incredibly kind, and the doctors are top notch! Dr. Egidi was so amazing with my mom, and really put her at ease. Everyone does a wonderful job of walking you through your experience and any follow up instructions.
Good place and good doctors, but expensive.
