Tried to book an examination as a new patient and this place requires ALL insurance information to even walk in the door. I’m insured fully yet didn’t have my exact details so they refuse to book an initial assessment with a doctor. Refusal to see a patient unless you provide all of your insurance up front. I have never had to provide this before the appt to speak to a Doctor about an issue. Interesting business practice -

I had the pleasure meeting Dr. Thomas Rehm this week. He provided high quality care to me. He exceeded my expectations and achieved an excellent outcome. He is engaging and patient focused. He exhibited great concern for my pain and took his time to explain how it will be addressed. I highly recommend him.
