Ordered 600 sqft of Crepe altamoda hardwood maple. Order received had a total of almost three boxes of boards with defects ( holes or cracks). Filed a claim with store rep. Appalachian rep during the site visit mentioned that the boards with defects are less then 5% and it is acceptable as per their standards. In the official response received from Appalachian claim department, the pics uploaded was not the right ones and had nothing to do with the claim. From a 3 day job, ended up in one month project.
