ApCon completely rebuilt a house for us and transformed it into a beautiful home. Everyone from the office staff, project manager and crew were friendly, and professional. The craftsmanship is top-tier, the team was easy to work with, and the project was finished to a very high standard. By the end of the project, they were like family! We hired Appalachian Contracting Services to build a one car garage with attic storage space and the finish product is just perfect! Their designer worked with us to develop a floor plan for our needs but the key item was the elevations that provide a close match to our older existing home. We really enjoyed working the Apcon crew, from beginning to finish, and would absolutely recommend them to others.

Building a home is a very challenging process. It’s not just the construction. Beau and his people understand the process and the value a service. Appalachian built our “forever” home to the highest quality. Changes, bumps in the road and occasional meltdowns were handled by Beau professionally and with compassion. It’s a tough process for builder and owner. Anyone looking to build or renovate a home in Dahlonega should consider Appalachian.
