Honest, knowledgeable, punctual and no nonsense. Went through 4 chimey service persons before lucking out and finding them. Jason and his crew did what others said coud not be done, at a resonable price. After 4 long years I now LOVE my fireplace insert!!! Plus, they were able to "save" my other chimney from being torn down or having extremely expensive repairs!!!!

We've used Appalachian Chimney Service several times since we moved into our 1927 home. Jason and his crew rebuilt our chimney so we could use our fireplace, he removed an old chimney in the kitchen, and he services our fireplace every year for the season. We are always so pleased with the professional, prompt and knowledgeable service we receive and they are so great to have around, too. We wouldn't use anyone else! They do a fabulous job, they make sure it's done right, and they clean up after themselves. Fabulous!
