Stranded with family in another county away from home. I have constantly tried calling the creditor to try to work out a surrender. Went into Walmart with my kids and came out to no vehicle. There have been no calls to me or written notices or anything. My groceries, kids backpacks and jackets, and kids phones are in that car and no one can tell me when I can get my stuff back. Driveway was damaged during a repo ( not my car nor does the person live there) called twice left my name and phone number over 2 wks ago and still no call back. Guess the next step is small claims court.
Had my truck repossessed and when I went to pick it up, had my ball hitch stolen. It was on there when they took it out of the driveway but magically didn’t make it into their recovery photos. This place is a thieving joke.

Nothing but some thieves working at this place. Call someone else if you need a tow. Can't stand a bitch ass thief.
They lie n steal people stuff.. they shouldn't be in business this is no way to treat people and we was nice let them borrow a wheel n tire and they stole it,, they will lose accounts this way

Wish I could give a 0 as well , they lied and told me to follow them and I can pick my car up and then called the law on my for following .
