I hate they Don't update the website! I've looked at two houses that say for sale but when you call they tell you the house is under contract.
We bought a house after we moved back to the area. I had text Nea a couple weeks before we moved and told her there were two houses that we were interested in but the problem was neither was for sale. Three weeks after we arrive in Ohio, Nea calls me and tells me she has our house. The owner contacted her the night before and said they are moving out of state.
