didn't cut my cuticles, nails looked bad, gave me rings of fire on every nail, rude, used plastic flowers which isn't what i asked for and put the flower on the wrong finger bc the plastic one wouldn't fit on the right finger, winged the design for the rhinestones instead of telling me she didn't have the right ones, let walk ins go ahead of me when i had a scheduled appt, drilled off polish on the sides of my nails and left them like that, only did topcoat on one hand on my sister, basically yelled at me for accidentally me... read more

I have to say the entire atmosphere in this place has changed, quality of nails is still fine have been going there for years and have recommended to many, but I think that will stop for me. I've never felt so uncomfortable and in unfriendly atmosphere, I go for pleasant experience and it just felt very strained with everyone in there Sadly I don't think Ill be back

Edit: I booked an appointment and asked for DJ, first time going to her. I was 15 minutes late, I called ahead and said that I was running late. I apologized profusely. She had a client she was finishing up when I came in. She made me feel so uncomfortable. I tried several times to talk to her, nothing. A client of hers came up to her and spoke, and she was laughing and whatnot with her. Another client came in and she was talking with her for a couple of minutes.
