Customer Service terrible- took me three emails over several days before the Bot chain bumped it to a real person. By the time they solved my delivery problem ( “ it got stuck”), it was too late for the gift I ordered to arrive in time. Not going to bother with trying them again. Update: After posting this I received a very nice email stating my 2 day shipping charge was refunded and that I could return the gift item. Once I have my full refund I’ll up my star rating for the prompt follow up this time.
This company is a scam. They should get no stars! No response from customer service. They took my money but never sent a confirmation email with order number. I haven’t received the product. Currently disputing the charge with my credit card.
I am not sure about the quality of the product but customer experience is horrible. They sent me a reminder of a subscription (I don’t remember signing up for) with a link manage subscriptions. But when I tried to reset my password it says my email has no account. So I reach out to customer service. A week later no response, subscription is now at my house. I had partial order delivered. I emailed twice as well as contacted the company through Instagram, no response from either one. I don't recommend this company. They lack customer support, there is no communication from the company if there is an issue.
