Need to update the store hours on the Internet. Drove an hour in traffic after work to pick up my prescription. The hours online show that the pharmacy is open till 6pm but when I arrived at 5:40pm the hours on the door have been altered showing that the pharmacy closes at 5pm. A lot of gas and time wasted for nothing.

Genuinely if I could leave this pharmacy zero stars, I would. I have had nothing but terrible experiences with this company and the staff. Every single time I need my prescription there’s an issue and it’s impossible to get an answer on the phone. The staff is usually quite rude on the phone and they are terrible at communicating with each other and with the company involved in my prescription which then comes back on me and causes more issues. This company has a lot to work on in order to be better.

A guy called me from this pharmacy indicating that he needed a payment for my prescription, because my insurance needed prior authorization. I told him that I had already checked out and he said he didn't have it. I proceeded to tell him that it was paid for already with a zero copay. He said he did not receive the payment, which was zero, and said he needed preauthorization for me to get it. I had to record the individual because of his rudeness and yelling. Filling a script here is super quick and easy! Shipping is also super fast. Received a text message as soon as my script was sent in and received it two days later. Its even easier that using my CVS app
