Absolutely rude customer service!! The MSRP on my product is $99. This lady from customer services was asking me to pay $706 since my insurance coverage is less. I asked the logic behind it and she had no answers and asked me to contact my insurance. On what basis are you inflating the product price? You are not even providing any consultation or so. The product here is 45gm cream called Aklief for my acne not any cancer cure med.
Every month it is a pain to get my script filled. Today I received two messages and one canceled my order. I was told to call. I called and I still have no idea if it will be filled. Then the person hung up on me when I said how frustrating it was trying to get my script filled. I sent a request to move this script to another pharmacy. It doesn't have to be this hard!!
