RecommendedMy favorite pharmacy! I walk in they say hello Alissa, I've gone here for years and it's the ONLY pharmacy I'll use. Fast service, friendly and a nice gift shop to boot. I do recommend Apothecary shop for many medical needs.
I really wanted to be able to recommend this local pharmacy but I've had problems with every single prescription I filled here. They offer a delivery service that routinely didn't deliver my time-sensitive rxs and even after addressing it with the delivery driver and pharmacy manager, still didn't have my rxs when promised. Poor communication, poor service.
u should not have a tech working for u, who is promoting anorexia. It gives your business a bad name. Lansing is not that big and its all over internet. do not go there
Horrible place. Rude manager and pharmacist. Promised me a gift card to my face! Then said nope and never got one. DO NOT GO HERE!

I had my WP Thyroid filled here for months. Then, all of a sudden was told they couldn't get it anymore. I called Knight Drugs Lansing and they ordered it immediately for me. The person I spoke with on the phone at the Apothecary Shop was extremely indifferent and not helpful at all. She could not have cared less that i couldn't fill my prescription. Grateful there are other options in Lansing. If Knight Drugs can order WP Thyroid for me, the Apothecary Shop can do so also. Very disappointed.
It's absolutely the best place to get your prescriptions filled free delivery and has most medications already in Stock and if they don't they usally cane order it and get it to you ASAP. This is the only place I have my prescription filled.1 other thing they do that you won't find very often ,they will come to your home and pick up your prescription fill it and bring it back at no charge. Who does that? I've used them for over 25 years.
They are just minimum wage workers who know nothing about service. I get a prescription, monthly medical supplies and they always goof up the order, and not have the correct amount, or no supplies at all. They have to "order" them and it takes FOREVER to get them in the store.
