I am greeted when I come in and Dr. Tilman is very thorough in explaining what is going on and how things work. All of the staff members are warm and pleasant. I am very happy my husband and I switched dentists. Thank you Lisa and Jake

Although I had to wait for a while the doctor offered to see me for free the next day. I am used to long waits at my other dentist's office and was not at all surprised or disappointed.
