Dr. Tilman and his staff are always great, courteous and understanding. Dr. Tilman is also great if you have to get a needle, there's no rush and he takes his time to do it right the first time. Thanks.
The entire dental team is fantastic! I was greeted promptly, and by name. I was called for my appointment in a timely manner. The cleaning and care from the hygienist feels thorough, and the "chair side manner" as you call it, lead me to feel as though she genuinely cared about my situation. Every part of my visits to this dental office were great. The only tiny critique I'd have is that the reception staff could have been friendlier. In their defense though, I believe there was some issue with the phones and computers on the day of my first visit and they seemed to be very busy the second visit. Overall, I would say that I am very satisfied with my new dentist. I plan to make Dr. Tillman my family dentist. Given the fact that there are 10 in my family, I'd say that we will be seeing allot of each other.
I have had a fear of going to the dentist for many years...Dr. Tillman and his staff are wonderful and make me feel comfortable, no longer fearing the dentist!!
