I would sincerely recommend Dr Tilman and his staff to anyone, to my family, friends, and especially to anyone who is 'uncomfortable' or scared to go to the dentist. Dr Tilman is smart; he explains everything to me and talks to me while I am in the dentist chair to make sure i understand what is going on and that i am comfortable. I didn't have my appointment. The receptionist said because I did not call it was cancelled. I apologize I did not handle this well. I confirm my apt. on the email that was sent to confirm but I did not see where it said that I had to call. Not sure what happened but I am not sure what to do at this point. Sorry again that I did not handle my disappointment with grace. thanks for the past visits.
