Operater who answer there phones are rude
The guy in the imaging dept desk wad off putting. I mentioned it was confusing i didbt have ordera to be scheduled sense the frontdesk said otherwise and my primary. He said "tell me about it" which wasnt appropriate or needed. I think he was implying i was bsing him on the orders.
Have spent literally hours trying to get through to Imaging regarding a PET scan for lung cancer. On one call, after waiting for nearly an hour, I tried to leave a message but the VM was full, and no messages were being accepted. I called back 2 more times, waiting between 30 and 60 minutes, without an answer. My last call was answered after 23 minutes, I gave my name, and was then cut off. Great experience (despite surgery, pain, post op). The doctors, nurses, CNA's and housekeeping were kind, experienced and respectful. Priscilla, Victor, Stephanie and Alexander were awesome and I felt cared for! Thank you!
