I was referred there for surgery and I had never been to that hospital before. It was the best hospital experience I had ever had. The staff were all very nice, friendly, and helpful, the facility were clean, and the process went very smoothly.
Staff here are always kind, helpful and friendly. Have had a lot of imaging done here and saw the bariatric specialists, now I'm in with their pain clinic. Schedulers do everything they can to get you in quickly, and the staff and providers I've seen here have always made me feel heard and respected. Highly recommend.
The bed side manner here and general care is pretty terrible. When I fell on my head and had a TBI, and was brought here by ambulance they didn’t even give me an MRI or anything. When I was unable to walk on my own to get to the bathroom, the nurse complained at me for 5 minutes that she had to help me to the bathroom and then complained how “gross” it was that she had to help patients go to the bathroom. Updated 4/19/26… always friendly staff. There’s a few people I’ve been struggling with that made my visit unpleasant in the back ground this afternoon. Same group I’m in and out of court for. That’s the only down side. I also didn’t like the diagnosis stating it was also - paranoia. I understand that everyone has a right to their opinions but I’m up against a group that’s retaliating against me because of past EEOC and BOLI claims which caused me to become an activist.
