Went to visit my sister, who is a resident at this home. Very clean and organized. Attentive staff who are very friendly and caring. Great health protocols in place to protect the residents as well as the staff. Overall an excellent facility!
The staff at timber Ridge and Lifepoints are the best they take excellent care of their residents Staff has been family to my brother Billy Jackson and they are Loving and provide the best care of/for the residents. I want to say Thank You for being family to Billy while he lived there and going above taking the extra step with him and other residents. Carrie Jackson
