We waited **5 hours** to get a cat scan for a head injury..... They forgot to give her water after she asked three times, there was no "emergency" rush from the nurse and Drs even though my friend was holding a bloody towel to her head and could not remember the president or her birthday....she was confused, nauseous and faint.
