All the staff are very curtious and kind. Be prepared to be there at least 3-4 hours your first time to see if you qualify. I was told that ALL the staff (nurses and doctors) are completely donating their time. They work to get all your respiratory meds at no cost to you. There is a special place in Heaven for people that give there time so that others may feel better.
