I stopped here to grab some supplies. Walked in the door, no one greeted me or even acknowledged I was there. Stood there for about 3 minutes laughing because I couldn’t believe it. The customer service is horrible and I see others feel the same. I’d never go here again. Wouldn’t care if they had the best deal in town. How are they still in business I have no idea

Ive ordered from here for years and the quality of Wahl and Osters and barber supplies in general have went downhill. Multiple things I ordered basically came not working or broke withing a month, but they wouldn't let me return. The girl on the phone had a horrible attitude and argued with me. When I told them Ive spent thousands of dollars with them over the tears, she tried to tell me I havent. They know how bad the quality of barber supplies has gotten and only have a 30 day return, so now Im stuck with broken tools and ... read more

Worst customer service ever!!!!!They do not stand behind their products, they do not advertise them accurately. I purchased a salon chair, it was defective, its like sitting on one of those spring animals at the park. Owner asked for a video, i sent a video and he still said nothing was wrong with it. He said it was meant for small people, his description on line says 300lb capacity. It wont even hold a person 170 lbs. I will never use them again!
