I got a trimmer wmark ngxt1 really good and a good price and the clipper ngx1 plus got power ans super fast i recommend they take care of me and price are really good
I ordered 2 Oster blades and they shipped me ones that were junk and came not working. I called them and they said they would exchange me new ones. They never did. I spent money on shipping it back too. Never got exchange or refund. Another thing I ordered were powder bottles and the seal came broken. There was even tape on it. I stopped here to grab some supplies. Walked in the door, no one greeted me or even acknowledged I was there. Stood there for about 3 minutes laughing because I couldn’t believe it. The customer service is horrible and I see others feel the same. I’d never go here again. Wouldn’t care if they had the best deal in town. How are they still in business I have no idea
Ive ordered from here for years and the quality of Wahl and Osters and barber supplies in general have went downhill. Multiple things I ordered basically came not working or broke withing a month, but they wouldn't let me return. The girl on the phone had a horrible attitude and argued with me. When I told them Ive spent thousands of dollars with them over the tears, she tried to tell me I havent.
