I place an order for supplies. They canceled my order no phone call, no email just a message that said they do not ship to inmates. My loved one got her cosmetology license while incarcerated and does hair now. This unprofessional and judgmental behavior is what’s wrong with society.

I ordered 2 Oster blades and they shipped me ones that were junk and came not working. I called them and they said they would exchange me new ones. They never did. I spent money on shipping it back too. Never got exchange or refund. Another thing I ordered were powder bottles and the seal came broken. There was even tape on it.
