They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often.
