This company by far has been the worst ABA agency I have ever worked for. The owner is unethical, unprofessional and has no care for the employees and clients. For starters, he does not pay rent at any of his offices which has resulted in eviction and closure of one office. His corporate office is going down the same road. He refuses to provide his employees with materials needed for the clients which has led employees having to buy supplies. Do not recommend to work here. The therapists and BCBA’s are all wonderful however, upper management are horrible. Payroll, the lack of communication is absurd. If you want to get paid, I recomendable elsewhere. Also, somewhere where you are valued and able to grow and earn the right salary.
There are wonderful RBT's and wonderful analysts that work for this company but upper management and ownership is awful. There have been multiple times were employees have not been paid on time and many have not received final paychecks when they left. The billing department is disorganized as well with an inability to file claims correctly in order to render services properly and in a timely manner.
