We had our water system installed over a year ago and it works great! We are happy with the good quality. Bree at Customer Service was very professional and pleasant when I called two weeks ago to replace the water filters.

I have to say Mr. Carlos Guzman is the one you want to ask for. Our filter system is great had to submitted a complaint on 8-9-19 due to non working system spoke with many people at company unfortionally did not follow chain of command dont speak with Minerva, Lafey nor Gustavo. Mr. Carlos is the manager WE LOVE OUR SYSTEM and were very disappointed that we were not being taken serious. We recommend system but it's TRUE only those who take job serious will put 150%. No response on filter being fixed want me to continue paying for deliveries dont send all parts but did charge my cards blame it on sales people and ladies who answer phone won't return my money I've asked to fix the problem. Purchased system 2 years ago called more than 6 months ago no answer needed new filters. Also sent email finally got response I ordered filters they too my $300 dollar plus payment 3 weeks later no filters I left it at maybe back order.
