We purchase Apollotek Water System in March this year and for the last couple weeks now we noticed that the water doesn't feel soft anymore. So we decided to call reach out the Michael G*****, the Sales Manager who promised us that they are honest and trustworthy. This issue was resolved long time ago and had absolutely nothing to do with water systems. The customer understood and agreed to change their statement. they are happy and satisfied.
