I recently visited the clinic and was impressed by the exceptional care from start to finish. The staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable immediately, despite my initial anxiety. The clinical team was knowledgeable, thorough, and took time to explain everything clearly without rushing. They listened attentively to my concerns and answered all my questions with patience and genuine care. The entire experience felt organized, efficient, and genuinely focused on my wellbeing.

I came in having a spinal fracture in severe pain. I provided the doctor my history. I gave all documents of the diagnosis and the doctors notes signed from the emergency stating my work hours need to be limited and that I need to go through physio therapy. I also had tears lightly streaming out of my eyes because of the pain and made it very clear its a 9 in pain. The doctor just nodded his head while I did 95 % of the talking looking uninterested. What a fast experience! I was in and out in 15 minutes. Everyone was extremely helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. Their hours also work with my schedule, which I have a hard time finding in the area. As a first time/new patient, I highly recommend the team at Apollo Medical Centre for their exceptional service and expertise.
