Thanks to the wonderful people at Apollo Veterinary we finally had an explanation for my dog's severe weight gain over the last several years. He got diagnosed with hypothyroidism, takes medication now and already lost over 10 lbs! My previous vet routinely got mad at me, telling me I overfeed Lemmy, which just wasn't true. Thank you, Apollo Veterinary, for figuring out out. Lemmy's got a new lease on life.
Dr. Leifheit and the team have been such a blessing to me and my boy Zeke! Their transparency and work ethic is one of kind. I’ve not once felt pressured to make a decision I wasn’t comfortable doing nor felt as if they were penny pinching me like I’ve experienced at other places. I brought my great dane that is very vet nervous in and the staff was SO kind and sweet. They spent a lot of time helping her get comfortable and spent a lot of time explaining everything that needed to be done to me. This was my first visit here and I truly cannot recommend them enough.
Took Mack here for his annual vaccines and bloodwork, he absolutely loved all the treats they gave him and you can tell the whole staff deeply cared about all the dogs. They’re very responsive and easy to reach! Would totally recommend coming here
We cannot thank the team at Apollo enough for fitting us in as a new patient at the last minute this morning. Our primary vet doesn’t offer surgery on Fridays. We were anticipating a possible surgery based on an emergency vet trip the night before. The staff triaged the issues to help identify a diagnosis that didn’t require extreme measures. Our sweet boy is on the mend and we will definitely be back for future care. The staff were kind, compassionate, and took the time to explain the issues and treatment plan.
