Avoid UNC OT at located on 3rd floor at this location if you value basic professionalism or patient care. I arrived seeking medical assistance and was met with unnecessary hostility and unprofessional behavior at the front desk. There was no clear signage, and it took a long time just to locate the correct area. When I finally reached the front desk, the staff member was dismissive and unhelpful. As a warning to all service don't get caught up with good reviews read recent ones. You gotta read don't skip out the details. I'll share and then share why, bad service, the doctor didn't seem to know what they were talking about at all. And they didn't even see my insurance and tried to make me pay this full price for something. Even at the end they asked me what bill I normally pay to see them. One of the worst experiences i have ever had. We went as my partner was running high fever and had stomach pain. Did Dr Bhawani suggest investigating further? No. Did she check for strep? No. Did she perform physical examination? no. Guess what she suggested Tums and other gastrointestinal calming meds. When she had HIGH fever. We went to a different urgent care in the every as her condition became worse. Guess what.. she tested positive for strep. A test that these people did not even do.
