My initial impression of Dr. Rangaraj was very positive. For the first time in a long time, I felt heard and seen. I was referred to her by my primary physician and had my medical records sent over in good faith, hoping to establish a long-term treatment plan for my pain. However, everything changed during a video call when I was unexpectedly shamed for how I had my accident. I was treated as if I had been dishonest, which was not the case. Unfortunately I have a few issues from my visit. First, my low back pain issue was diagnosed as being in the SI joint. A month later I found out it was actually at my L3 and L4 vertebrae. i was told that I could get an SI joint injection and was told that the front desk could look up what my cost would be through my insurance. I was told $75 so I scheduled the injection. Since the issue wasn't in the SI joint, the injection didn't help at all. Then a month later, I receive a bill from Apollo for $268.05.
