I’m really disappointed in not only the quality of the manicure, but also the lack of customer service. This is the $36 manicure that my daughter received and despite several emails to the company, no one has replied.
The mani pedi service was quick—less than an hour, which was nice. Bummed with the quality of polish application. The cuticle was painted on most of my nails, so the polish is curling at the edge and looks likely to peel off.
