I would not recommend this property management company to anyone. One of their superintendents once barged into my unit while I was at work without any notice. I am now at a new location and the manager at this location is just as shady. Can rarely get a straight answer from them on anything. I hope this clown show gets shut down.
READ BEFORE MOVING IN TO ANY APOLLO PROPERTY OR BEFORE HIRING THEM TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY ! My mom lives in the condos they manage, nothing but harassing tenants I’ve read the emails telling people to smoke weed in their cars. I’ve also read the comments below and apollos responses are unprofessional shows the lack of care for our community and its residents. Concerning grade 5–6 grammar running a property, lying about the emails they send, harassing tenants, and placing public ashtrays beside the children’s park right outside my window making it unacceptable, and deeply concerning, that I can’t even take my own children there. Would not recommend hiring this company to deal with your property management even though i'm renting I will most likely be moving out soon since they've recently hired someone to harass everyone. I would strongly advise against hiring this company to manage any property—unless you’re looking for unnecessary resident drama and a constant stream of legal enforcement activity. Recently, I received a letter forbidding smoking not only inside my unit but even outside on my balcony. Their “solution”? Suggesting residents smoke inside their cars—including cannabis—which is illegal and essentially encouraging renters and owners to risk a DUI before smoking in the privacy of their own property.
