We had a highly disappointing experience with Apollo Property Management. Following a power outage, an alarm on our floor near the elevator began sounding every few seconds at a very high volume. While power was restored, the alarm continued for over 40 hours. We contacted property management more than 10 times during this period. Frustrating to work with, poor management and a long list of questionable businesses practices that I feel are fairly well represented amongst their Google reviews on this page. Like any company, some of the team were genuinely great people and nice to work with, some vented about how they were equally frustrated with company management but felt they could not change anything themselves.
