Recently we’ve had a new property manager come in, Shelley Lepage, and she is great! Very friendly in converstations and responds quickly to questions/inquiries. I never feel like my concerns are being ignored. She is a fantastic addition to Apollo Management!
You can never get to the person you need to talk to. Response time is nonexistent. It’s like running around in circles. No urgency in anything. The worst property management company I’ve dealt with.
Unfortunately my condo board decided to go with a company called ci management several years ago. This company merged with Apollo Property management. Our property manager is Yawar Khan. He has a background in health care and it is unclear why he is now a property manager.!!!!! Quite frankly it's been a unqualified disaster. I've dealt with various managers from Apollo CI and they have all been great! Sean/Vince/Anna/Shelley and the list goes on. Absolutely recommend!
CCC 370 Shelly Lepage is our new Property Manager very Happy with her she is a good in comunicating all isues and ressponds to E-Mails in a Timley maner
