I just reviewed the parking pass dispute. I feel that Apollo should stop being cheap and reimburse the individual for the parking tickets. Apollo already makes so much on maintenance fees !
I am very disappointed with my recent experience with Apollo and feel compelled to share it. I recently paid for a parking pass at one of their properties (where I live), and although I was assured by the property manager, Shelly, that it would be sent promptly, it took over a month to receive it (I had paid for the pass already btw). I had a very unpleasant experience regarding the property manager Shelly Lepage. I hope the company takes notice of her rude and incompetent behaviour.
Excellent work and service from Chelsea Fish, extremely happy and honoured to have such a competent person when needed . Keep up the good work Chelsea.
Sheila Macdonald is the worst building manager a person could cross. Never answered her phone. Extremely rude. Very unpleasant to talk to. Every time I asked her a simple question aside from taking forever to respond the response is extremely useless giving no guidance or help.
