My neighbours and I are totally unimpressed by their services in our condominium building.
Apollo Property Management gave us less than 2 weeks notice to move everyone’s cars out of our condo parking garage for a period of 6-7 months. Zero consideration or even just acknowledgement of any impact whatsoever this would have on people’s daily lives. Completely unprofessional behaviour. This is at 101 Richmond Rd. The email was sent at 12:01PM today.
Do not buy property or live in any building managed by Apollo. Our condo building (101 Richmond Rd) is so poorly managed and often filthy. Things regularly break, and getting the attention of management for solutions is very difficult. The super intendant of our building made advances on me and when I tried to report it because I felt unsafe, Apollo management (Sam Hill) brushed the issue under the rug and told me to drop it since the superintendent “cares about his job”. A year ago, out of nowhere, these people claimed that we owe them money due to unpaid fees for 2 months period(allegedly). I did request to provide me with the exact periods that they claim I didn't pay for so that I can provide the proof of payment. The company representative was giving me excuses like they are very busy for about 5 months in a row, and then just stopped replying to emails.
