My first 2 services were cancelled, which I took off work to be home. They showed up in goofy looking bow ties and dress clothes and i wondered who going to be working. Well, wasn't them, that's for sure. No Presley was used, no furniture moved and house smelled like dog **** when they left. The carpet was so wet still that in 2 days it was dirtier than before. No refund was offered and now I'm out $200 for nothing. Run away from them!!

I checked our records and Mr. *******service was completed on 2/8/2016. The job was for 6 areas of carpet cleaning. The total including tax for this job was $75.39. On 2/9/2016 our scheduling coordinator called and asked how te service was and Mr *******stated "They did a fantastic job, A+" Mr *******called on 6/2/2017 to have 3 areas of carpet cleaning scheduled and cancelled that appointment on his own.
