Very bad pool service. I paid for a 75 dollar pool clean out in Aug 2018, they never completed it, said they would refund my money...they never did. I've had their service for 10 years and the last year they've only done the service sporatically after having to be reminded that I am on a weekly service. Now they charged me 74.00 for I don't know what. They did refund me for some of the visits they missed but to little to late, they owe me 149.00. You've been warned!!
I had someone from Apollo come out to my house and prepare an estimate on replacing a heater, fixing valves and some cleaning. He called me and went over the numbers and I said I would call back to get it scheduled soon. A week later I called and they had no record of the estimate or coming out. So I set up a second appointment to have someone come out and I waited another week. The day arrives, and no one comes. I call and again they have no record. I shouldn't have to work this hard to give the company my business...
