Kelly has changed this park around to the good. She has made this park safe for kiddos and us adults And everything she has done has made this park a lot better looking then what it use to be it is worth the rent increase. Kelly is so good with the kids and kids love her. She will always ready to help with anything I love her energy and she goes goes goes! Apollo MHP is so called managed by a slum landlord that goes by the name of BoaVida Communities out of Sacramento, CA . They do absolutely nothing around here except cash the rent checks every month of course and raise the space rent every chance they get which is the true definition of a slum landlord by the way.
