During my interview, the manager made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. My uncle was discharged from the hospital on their services. They never showed the day they were supposed to start services causing my uncle to go to the hospital. Please do not hire this company.

My friend had surgery on March 27 and she has yet to have physical therapy in her home. They were supposed to arrive the day after she got home from the hospital and nobody showed although they said they did but somebody was home so that’s impossible. Apollo Medical acts like they’re doing you a favor instead of being paid for a service. They don’t make proper appointments and boldly state that that’s not their policy. They will call you the night before or hours before they attempt to visit your home. As if you don’t have other obligations and are only sitting waiting for their visit. Completely unprofessional.
