The care I received through Apollo Medical was great! Each team member scheduled to see my once a week was very accommodating and communicative regarding the days and times I was seen I never felt that the visits were an inconvenience, rather, it was nice to see the same friendly faces each week… and they all really cared about and contributed to how my progress was coming along! If ever I’m in need of home health care again, Apollo is going to be my pick!
My mother had them for physical therapy. They took forever to schedule an appointment with her, were late to the appointments, and threatened to have her dog put down. Her dog has never bitten anybody. Do not use this company for physical therapy. They're unreliable and unprofessional.
During my interview, the manager made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. My uncle was discharged from the hospital on their services. They never showed the day they were supposed to start services causing my uncle to go to the hospital. Please do not hire this company.
