My friend had surgery on March 27 and she has yet to have physical therapy in her home. They were supposed to arrive the day after she got home from the hospital and nobody showed although they said they did but somebody was home so that’s impossible. Apollo Medical acts like they’re doing you a favor instead of being paid for a service. They don’t make proper appointments and boldly state that that’s not their policy. They will call you the night before or hours before they attempt to visit your home. As if you don’t have other obligations and are only sitting waiting for their visit. Completely unprofessional.

I am permanently disabled and have used Apollo for the last 9 years. They have been great to work with and the very few times I had an issue they were very quick to respond and to follow up.

I have been a long-time client and have used most of their services for either myself or family members. I continue to use their services on a weekly basis and would highly recommend them
