I’ve been a patient here for years and this place has consistently gone downhill. They got bought out by Apollo Medical Group, which they have now made my problem. I have to go in to do all new labs because apparently they can’t transfer info? And now the doctor is only available in the mornings. And to top it all off, their phone lines are now trash. From the waiting area to the receptionist and doctor everything is a horrible experience. They have no ac in the waiting area it is always hot. The lady in the front always has an attitude. Everytime I have came early to my appointment and will be the only one in the waiting area for over a hour never fails. The doctor does not care and the appointment is always rushed. Had a horrible experience. Called in on Monday to get scheduled to see a doctor, the lady over the phone asked what my reason was , and I stated what I needed to be seen for . I asked for Dr. Santiago and the lady proceeded to tell me he is booked out but I can be seen by the other doctor : I get to my appointment on Wednesday, the front desk lady ask me what I’m in for and I tell her and she stated “ Dr. Santiago can only prescribe me medication that id need “. I love Dr Santiago and all his staff. I have been coming here since 2012 and he is the best of the best out there. One of the few Old School Doctors that truly still care. I love going there when needed and see him for my needs. The day he retires ( hope not soon) those shoes will be a huge ones to filled. THANK YOU Dr Santiago and staff!
The nurse practioner was a waste of my time. I could have given myself my own physical. I will MISS Dr. Santiago when he retires!
