Great service, very helpful.
Update to Apollos response saying how they told me my insurance did not cover supplies. When in fact my insurances case manager show me in the policy, that yes, they did it back cover 100% of those charges... I'm not going to say Apollo lied to me. I'm sure they were just misunderstood. Disappointing & difficult to deal with. They close at 5 weekdays. So if you work typical full time hrs, good luck. Even when I did take off work to go there, they told me my insurance didn't cover what I needed. Which was not true. I been try... read more
