They came out to our home three times for the same problem, which they didn't identify or fix the first time. Based on observing what was attempted each time, there was no reason for it to end up being three different appointments, besides for Apollo to drag out the process to make more money off us. (They didn't try to ID anything the first time; they just replaced a part saying it might work. It didn't. He truly cares for his customers, was very professional, and had fantastic customer service. Jose was the Technician who came to my house, and he was prompt, explained everything in detail, and had our A/C back running in no time!
