They sent a young guy out to my house who told my husband and I to our faces that what was wrong with our system was under warranty, no one contacted us to tell us any different he came back installed the part told us both that we would be billed for his time not the product bc again it was under warranty when I contacted your company you called us liars and said that didn’t happen well I feel the same about your bill it didn’t happen.
